Do you know what the world needs more of? Love, chocolate, and coloring pages.
Now, hear me out on this. Obviously, love and kindness make the world a better place. Chocolate makes us happy and is full of antioxidants. (<—The internet says so.) And coloring is FUN, and relieves stress. So if we are kind, happy, healthy (hello, antioxidants!), and having fun, life is good.
Okay, okay. Maybe, the internet lies from time to time. 🙂 But I think we can all agree that coloring is fun! I love to color. And so do my kiddos. So let’s reduce some of that Christmas stress and color! Or we can do one of my all-time favorite things: color while we are eating chocolate! Who’s with me?
I love these New Year’s coloring pages. They were a lot of fun to make. And I intentionally gave you some coloring boundaries but left a lot of open space for your own creativity. You can just color in the lines or make patterns within the lines.
And these are simple and fun for kids! I am going to put these coloring pages out for my kids to color while we wait for the ball to drop on New Year’s Eve. And I already stuck 20 of them in my church bag for the kids to color when they wiggling all over the place and asking me for the tenth time if church is almost over.
There are three coloring pages in all. This one is my favorite. I always try to remind myself that I don’t need to be afraid. God is watching out for us and good things are coming. I thought this was the perfect quote to put on a coloring page for a new year.
You can print all of these coloring pages on regular-sized (8.5×11) cardstock or paper.
I hope you can use these coloring pages to relieve stress and have fun. And I hope all the kiddos in your life enjoy them too!
