These 4th of July brownie parfaits are so great for picnics and get-togethers!
The sweet brownie at the bottom and the light whip cream and fruit at the top make this dessert a favorite.
One of my favorite things about this brownie parfait is it’s portable!
Just throw all the ingredients in a clear plastic cup, and it’s 1. even more cute and 2. easy to serve because hello! the cute cups full of parfait goodness are ready to grab and go and 3. kids (and some adults, like ME!) LOVE to have their own little dessert cups. It just feels so fancy schamancy.
You will get an extra warm welcome at any party when you show up with these babies.
The cuteness factor is so high that people will assume you spent all day working on them.
And there’s no need to let them know that the hardest part of this dessert is letting the brownies cool and not devouring them all before actually getting them in the parfaits.
Yep, no need to say that.
First up, salted caramel brownies. Oh yeah, baby. These brownies are so easy and so delish!
Now, you may be tempted to just stop here and that’s cool. Seriously, no one will ever complain if you just serve these salted caramel brownies.
But I gotta be honest …putting these parfaits together just takes a few more minutes. It’s worth it, I pinky promise.
After the brownies are cool, just cut them into little squares and put them in a clear, plastic cup.
Then it’s time for the whip cream. Homemade whip cream is so easy and so, so yummy!
Now, you can save a few minutes by using the canned stuff, and I will not judge you for that. No, sirreee. I use and enjoy the canned stuff myself, but the real stuff is just better. But if you are in a bind for time, go ahead and pick up that can of whipped heaven and go for it.
At some point, you will want to download and print on printable toppers. (They are found at the bottom of this post; I recommend printing on cardstock).
I cut them out with my 2 inch hole punch (affiliate link), and taped them on the back of a lollipop stick. But you can also a toothpick or cut off both ends of a Q-tip and just use the white stick that’s leftover. Just use whatever you’ve got, that’s what I say!
If you are transporting these brownie parfait cups, you can put them in a clear craft bag (affiliate link) and tie it with a cute ribbon. I think this is a whole new level of cuteness!
I hope you get a chance to make these amazing 4th of July brownie parfaits! They are super, duper fun and are a huge hit with kids and adults alike!
Oh, and these treat toppers also match the free patriotic printable and banner found here at Ministering Printables So you basically have everything you need for your 4th of July party and it all matches! Sigh. I just love it when things come together like this.
