It’s nerve-wracking to stand up in front of a group of people and talk. Even when they’re your friends. Your hands get sweaty. Your heart starts racing and you stumble with your words. One of our responsibilities as Young Women leaders is to train these darling girls how to be leaders. We want them to learn how to conduct meetings and to be confident while doing it. And that often feels like a tall order.
But no worries, I’ve got your back.
Conducting sheets help you help your girls. They can fill them out in advance, then they are ready to go when it’s time to start class. And then you get to watch them stand up there with confidence as they embrace their role as leader.

As I searched the internet for Young Women Conducting Sheets, I was surprised I couldn’t find ones that were updated with all the recent changes in Young Womens.
So I decided it was time to make some pretty conducting sheets.
I studied Handbook 2 and thought about the best order to have announcements, the theme, etc.
These conducting sheets reflect my preferences and what makes sense to me.
BUT…
Maybe you wanna do it differently. That’s okay. We’re still internet bffs.
And that’s why I included these completely blank conducting sheets. You can type up the exact order you want your meetings to go.
Or use these blank sheets as stationery for taking notes.
Either way, it’s a win-win. 😉
