A year ago, I was released from my favorite calling of all time: nursery.
When the stake presidency called me in and asked me to serve as the stake Young Women secretary, I asked if I could stay in nursery too.
They very kindly told me no.
But now I have to say that serving in Young Women may be my new favorite.
Serving in Young Women is fun. It’s full of energy and enthusiasm.
But let’s not kid ourselves. It’s also a LOT of work.
Thank you.
You work so hard as a young women leader. And as a parent of two young women (gasp!), I thank you.
Thank you for not giving up. Thank you for taking time away from your family to serve. Thank you for relentlessly praying, teaching, and ministering to the youth.
You may not always see it, but you are changing the world in small but significant ways.
And I want to help. 🙂 Now that I have seen a little bit more of what you do and what you need, I’m so excited for this year’s Young Women kit (my biggest and most versatile kit every!), but also for these binder covers.
