Use these 23 LDS youth activity ideas that can be done while social distancing to help you easily plan your next LDS youth activity!

I love serving as our stake Young Women secretary. Since making printables is my thing, it’s a perfect fit.

And I recently made this printable for all the ward leaders in our stake, and I hope you can use it too.

These 23 youth activity ideas that can be done while social distancing came from several of our stake leaders…and they are so fun. 😍

23 Latter-day Saint Youth Activities that can be done while social distancing...

If you are serving young women, young men, or primary children, you know that having meaningful activities is challenging.

No longer can we just meet at the park or at the church.

Yet, you want your kids and youth to know that you love them, and you are thinking of them. You want to serve and magnify your calling.

Thankfully, technology is a life-saver. 👈

And most of these 23 ideas for youth activities can be done with technology like Google Meet or Zoom.

And don’t let that scare you!

Once you learn how to set up a Zoom meeting, you’ll realize it’s a piece of cake. Easy peasy, lemon squeezy. 🍋

And you only have to learn it once…then it makes sense and you can do it easily the second, third, or tenth time. 💕

Some of my favorite LDS youth activity ideas while social distancing...

  • Bingo game – deliver the bingo game card and a pack of candy to the youth in advance. Then over Zoom, play bingo together.
  • Baby picture and a treat – have the parents of the youth submit a baby picture in advance.  Gather the youth over Zoom and let them guess who each baby is. The person with the most “wins” gets a treat delivered by a leader at the end of the night.
  • Favorites Night – let each of the youth talk about their favorite book, ice cream flavor, food, tv show, game, color, vacation, college, etc.
  • Career Night – invite a few ward members to join a Zoom or Google Meet and talk about their career: how much money they make, how much college they need, or much they work, etc.
  • Email the youth an inspirational printable that uplifts and inspires. Then talk about your favorite quotes/scriptures when you need some comfort.
Really, this list has some great ideas and you will be inspired with even more ideas as you pray over your youth.

You can’t have a traditional camp this year, but this ONLINE 2020 GIRLS CAMP TOOLKIT has tons of resources to help you have a fun and successful virtual camp! 👏

These printables and printable crafts can be printed and shared or emailed to those you serve.

This girls camp toolkit gives you easy ideas and crafts that can be done online together through services like Zoom or Google Meet.

And there are SO many ideas here…use them to fill up your virtual camp! ❤

The great thing is…you can also use these for activities or just for fun with your family too. The options are endless!

Thanks for taking such great care of your youth and kids.

You make the world a better place.

It’s an honor to create printables for you.

xoxo
