I love Christmas. I love everything about it. The lights, the music, the decorations, the food, the spirit of love and generosity.
But I have to say that the music of Christmas is probably the thing that touches my heart the most. Beautiful Christmas music often brings tears to my eyes. I think the carols and songs of Christmas touch our souls and encourage us to seek for the good all around us. They inspire us to be better and look outside ourselves.
One of my all-time favorite Christmas carols is “Joy to the World.”
Joy to the world! The Lord is come.
Let earth receive her King
Let every heart
Prepare Him room
And heaven and nature sing
And heaven and nature sing

As I was thinking about this song (and singing it off-key, as usual), I wanted to create a printable that reflected the beauty and majesty of that first Christmas night. I love this printable and I hope you do too.

Just as a side-note, I printed this off on my printer on regular cardstock, and it did not turn out well because of the black background and the copious amount of blank ink required. I strongly encourage you to print this on glossy cardstock, photo paper, or send it to a printer such a Costco, Wal-mart, or Walgreens, etc, if possible. I think you will be happy with the results.
