April Visiting Teaching Printable Handout

April’s visiting teaching message is all about the oath and covenant of the priesthood.

I love the message given by Elder M. Russell Ballard: “All who have made sacred covenants with the Lord and who honor those covenants are eligible to receive personal revelation, to be blessed by the ministering of angels, to commune with God, to receive the fulness of the gospel, and, ultimately, to become heirs alongside Jesus Christ of all our Father has.”

To be honest, I had a hard time choosing a quote for my printable. I wasn’t sure which direction to go until I read the “additional scriptures” at the end of the lesson.

When I read Doctrine and Covenants 121:45, I knew that was it. I love this scripture.

There are so many lovely promises in this scripture. If we have charity and virtuous thoughts, we will be able to stand confidently before the Lord and “the doctrines of the priesthood shall distil upon thy soul as the dews from heaven.” The dews of heaven. I love that! It’s such a beautiful imagery.

Since some of you had problems printing my 4×6 printable last month, I have decided to do an additional sheet this month. The pdf printable is regular paper size (8.5×11) and contains two 4×6 printables. Just print it out and cut out your printables and you will be good to go! I hope makes printing easier and simpler.

I hope you can use this printables to leave an uplifting message for your sisters and friends. Or use them as a handout in your lesson. The 8×10 looks really nice in a frame and makes a great gift.
