Valentines’s Day is such a fun holiday!
I remember being in elementary school and meticulously decorating my valentine box. I wrote my valentines with great care and I loved crossing every name off my class list as I finished their valentine. I remember the excitement and anticipation of our class party and running home to show my mom all the treats I got. Now I see my girls getting just as excited for Valentines’ Day, and I love it.
And I still love Valentine’s Day. I love all the pretty colors (hello pink and red!), the chocolate, and the flowers. And I wanted all that fun stuff to be in my I Spy game.
Because let’s be serious. You had to know that I was going to make one for you, right? I just love these I Spy games.
This was such a fun I Spy game to make! I basically just put all my favorite graphics on it, and made them all my favorite colors.
This game is so perfect for class or church Valentine’s Day parties and play-dates. But they are also great while waiting for the doctor or dentist, driving in the car, or sitting at church. We also love to play these game on quiet afternoons at home when it’s too cold to go out. And on those cold, dreary days, I hope the bright and cheerful colors and graphics on this printable makes spring seem just a little bit closer.
This I Spy game prints on regular size paper or cardstock (8.5×11).
I like to laminate mine so that we can use them over and over. (I use an older version of this Scotch laminator and we love dry erase markers, both Crayola and CraZart brands work great–>these are affiliate links, just so you know.)
Like always, this I Spy game comes with an answer key.
My middle daughter prefers to play on the answer key. She likes to know exactly how many of each item she is looking for, whereas my oldest and youngest like to find everything first and then check their answers.
The great thing is, there is no wrong way to play! ♥
