Free Valentine’s Day Coloring Pages

I have always loved coloring. When I was a kid, opening a new box of crayons or markers was the best feeling on earth. It felt like a world of possibilities and fresh starts. I could create anything and make it however I wanted. I see that same love in my kids and all the kids around me. There is something so special and energizing about the creative process and creative freedom.

One of the things I love about having my own blog is that I get to create what I love. And then I get to share it with you! I love that even more.

And today I am super excited to share these free Valentine’s Day coloring pages!

There are three coloring pages, each a little bit more embellished than the last. I put everything I love in these coloring pages: heart, swirls, curls, flowers, lips…okay maybe I don’t love lips, but they are very Valentine-y, don’t you think?

I designed this first coloring page with young kids in mind. The big graphic in the middle is easy and fun to color but kids can also go crazy with all the little embellishments around the flowers if they want.

When I showed these coloring pages to my mom, she told me that this one, with the balloons and keys and paper airplane, would have been her favorite as a kid. And I totally agree. It’s probably my favorite of all three pages. It’s not too complicated but there is enough detail to keep kids busy for at least a few minutes, and that counts for a lot, right?!

This last page is perfect for older kids and all of us adults who love to color, just for fun. When this page is colored, it looks cute enough to frame.

And let’s be serious. I love swirls. I always have and I always will. And I make no apologies about it. I am a girl who loves swirl.
